Our Mission

At Women of Living Water, our mission is to transform and connect lives in a safe space where women can find encouragement, support, and inspiration. We aim to empower women to speak their truth without fear of judgment, embracing their journey and finding strength in community.

Our Story

Women of Living Water (WOLW) is the brainchild of Charmaine Tucker—a mother, wife, former CEO, and praying woman of God. Nearing the age of 50, Charmaine felt a calling to create something greater. Inspired by conversations with her friends, she began compiling a list of topics and experts to help women navigate life’s challenges and opportunities.

In February 2020, Charmaine hosted the first WOLW meeting in person. Shortly after, she underwent surgery for lung cancer. During her recovery, the world faced the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite these challenges, the WOLW meetings continued virtually, allowing women from across the globe to join and share their stories.

With the help of her dear friend Carmen Adebiyi, who supported virtual church services, WOLW evolved into a global movement. First Fridays became the cornerstone of WOLW, offering a space where women connect, share, and grow together.

Why Women of Living Water?

The WOLW Movement draws inspiration from the story of the Samaritan woman at the well in the New Testament. Like the Samaritan woman, many women feel unworthy or afraid to share their stories. WOLW provides a platform where women give themselves permission to prioritize their well-being, connect with others, and embrace their second act—mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially.
